2. Fill out the application. There is ONE application for both Summer 2025 and the '25-'26 Academic year. If you are only interested in Summer 2025, fill out the application fully but choose "No" on the Academic Year questions.

3. You will be notified via email within two weeks of your application if your request has been accepted. At that time, you will receive enrollment forms via Brightwheel.

4. Enrollment forms are due within 2 business days of being notified of application acceptance.

5. After enrollment forms are received, we will be in contact with you about upcoming events and information. Your child must attend a Meet Your Teacher event. Details forthcoming on dates and times.

6. Tuition for camps is due one month before camps on the 1st day of the month. Your Brightwheel account will be billed seven days before payment is due. For example, If you are enrolled in any June camps, tuition is due on May 1.

7. TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

AGE QUALIFICATIONS

For Raccoons and Squirrels (3-5 yr olds), the child's birthday must be on or before June 1, 2022 to enroll in the Summer Camps. We accept ages up to age 5 (or the Summer before entering kindergarten).

For Rabbits (2 yrs old), the child's birthday must be on or before June 1, 2023 to enroll in Summer Camps.

We do not have toileting requirements. If your child is in diapers or learning to use the toilet we will work with families to create a plan that best meets the child's toileting needs.

REFUND POLICIES, WITHDRAWALS, LATE FEES, CANCELLATIONS

  • The $50 application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If your camp choices are full, you are paying to join the waitlist.

  • If payment in not received within 5 days of due date, you forfeit your child’s spot in the program.

  • You may withdraw your student at any time, but you will not be refunded for payments already submitted. For example, if you pay in May for June camps, but then withdraw on May 30, you will not receive a refund. Tuition payments have limited transferability. You may transfer your payment to another week in the Summer with the following limitations. 1) You must notify us at least 7 days prior to week that particular summer camp begins, 2) Transfer will be based on space availability, 3) Pay $25 change fee. For example, if you paid for the week of June 5, but want to change to June 12. You will need to notify us by May 29 and pay an additional $25.

  • We do not want children switching back and forth between half day and full day camps. This disrupts the continuity with children and teachers. There are a few exceptions that you can discuss with the director. Reasoning may include: You are on the waitlist for full day camp and are attending half day until a full day camp slot opens. In this scenario, once a full day slot opens, you would spend the rest of the summer in full day camps.

  • You must keep your child home if they are showing signs of illness. We do not refund for days missed due to illness.

  • There are no "make-up" classes if your child is absent for any reason.
